An office technology company based in Kelowna has acquired Laurentian Business Products Center Inc., a prominent player in Ontario’s business technology sector.
Innov8 Digital Solutions announced its expansion into the Ontario market on Dec. 19.
Andre Brosseau, CEO of Innov8 Digital Solutions said customers of both Innov8 and Laurentian will benefit from a broader range of office technology products, including copiers, printers, and print and document management solutions, which are backed by expertise and support.
“This acquisition is not just about expanding our geographical footprint, it’s about bringing together the best of both companies to deliver exceptional value and service to our customers,” said Brosseau.
Innov8 Digital Solutions is Canada’s largest Canon dealer and has a team of 70 people and nine locations across B.C. and Alberta.
