SOUTH EASTON – Giana Restaurant, a new, modern fine dining restaurant, has landed in Easton and is sharing their diverse menu of sushi, wagyu burgers, truffled pasta, and lemon rosemary chicken wings.
Once in the establishment, you’re immersed with fine art, large monitors of fish swimming, mood lighting, warm ambiance, and conversation floating about.
The American restaurant, located at 3 Roosevelt Circle, South Easton, has traditional American dishes with a twist of Italian and Asian flare, said Tony DeRienzo, co-owner of Giana Restaurant.
You can expect a lot from the new restaurant; it’s an entirely new build with new technology, a 40-seat outdoor patio, a 44-seat bar, and an open kitchen concept.
DeRienzo and his business partner Brandon Chase spent a few million dollars on this business, and they hope it’s everything customers could imagine.
“I’ve had a few people say as they walk in that the restaurant gives them a Miami feel,” DeRienzo said.The restaurant’s main objective is to bring the city vibe to the suburbs, not only the look and feel but the taste of the unique creations.

What’s on Giana Restaurant’s menu?
Some popular menu items include bang bang rock shrimp, burrata, kimchi scallops, Margherita pizza, and salad.
The Italian section can appease any pasta craving from chicken parmesan, pink peppercorn chicken picatta, Bolognese, and bucatini truffled pasta.
If you’re on the New Year’s wave of eating healthy, try a kale salad with sweet potato, feta cheese, chickpeas, avocado, cucumbers, and honey mustard dressing. Or maybe a gilled zucchini salad with arugula, roasted corn, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese, and Sicilian vinaigrette.
The restaurant also will start brunch Saturday and Sunday Feb. 17th at 11 a.m. and daily lunch starts Feb. 20th at 11:30 a.m.
Whether you like pizza, salad, pasta, or finger foods, Giana Restaurant might be the next restaurant to put on your food to-do list.
