The restaurant has several unique chef-inspired dishes including pork belly adobo boa buns, poutine, as well as tiramisu waffle, and chicken and waffles. Dessert is a hot commodity on the menu with the Italian donut which comes in four different flavors – bacon, baklava, faded and tiramisu. Their signature light lager is the Frederick & Main that is crisp, refreshing and clear.

Vitamin Sea Brewing is one place you must visit! The taproom gives people the best of both worlds with indoor and outdoor seating. Once there feast your eyes on the juicy sandwiches that are available to eat. Not only do they have unique handhelds but also famous beer flavors. Shovel Town Brewery is a microbrewery and taproom, where you can enjoy samples, flights, and full glasses of beer on tap or bottled options. The food menu is what brings in a huge buzz. One could find interesting dishes from the Austin Texas smoked brisket, to the North Shore roast beef and the Green pocket served with chips. The flatbreads are a tasty option if you enjoy homemade San Marzano tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella.
