Bringing over 20 years of experience in investment banking and capital markets, Mr. Liang will share management duties with the existing Co-CEO, Mr. Yu Hui. His extensive background includes high-stakes transactions in high-tech equity investment and corporate mergers, with previous roles in notable financial institutions.
