Authorities are searching for a missing teen who was last seen on March 18 in Enterprise.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency on Friday issued an emergency missing child alert for 15-year-old Niurka Butz-Rax.
According to ALEA, Niurka Butz-Rax is a 15-year-old Hispanic female who was last seen on Monday, March 18 in Enterprise. The alert was officially issued the Friday following her disappearance.
The missing person’s report states that Butz-Rax is 4 feet, 11 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds. The teen has brown eyes and black hair.
According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons database, which is funded by the U.S. Department of Justice, more than 600,000 people go missing annually.
