For building a Rs 200-crore company in the pet care and supplies industry, Heads Up for Tails founder Rashi Narang won the Woman Ahead prize.At a virtual meeting that lasted for more than two hours on September 12, a high-powered jury led by Kotak Mahindra Bank founder and director Uday Kotak picked the winners in eight categories from a shortlist of 38 contenders.
