If you’re “always cold”, it could be a sign of an “invisible condition”. Experts suggest that constantly feeling cold might be a symptom of a health issue you’re unaware of.

While many people feel cold at this time of year, if the feeling persists, it could be more serious than just the weather.

Feeling cold all the time could indicate an underactive thyroid gland, often referred to as an “invisible condition” by doctors.

An underactive thyroid gland, or hypothyroidism, is when your thyroid gland doesn’t produce enough hormones.
