The attraction aims to bring the set to life as guests dive into the adventure-filled water attraction.

Fans will not only have the opportunity to embark on an unforgettable journey alongside Anna and Elsa, but they will also be able to take part in immersive shopping and dining experiences and meet the beloved sisters in person during a royal encounter.

Visitors will be able to watch performances and water-based shows on the lake, with seats offering a 360 degree view of the action.

The film’s characters will also be found across the attraction, where guests can take pictures with them all.

There will also be a replica of the Frozen Ever After boat ride attraction, currently open at Epcot at Disney World in the Norway Pavilion, which takes guests on a voyage through the kingdom of Arendelle.

Two shops will be open to buy merchandise and souvenirs along with a restaurant, but little has been revealed on what food and drink options will be available.

There will also be new Frozen-themed rooms at the Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris.

But the new Frozen attraction is not the only thing Disneyland Paris introduced as it announced a major transformation.

It also revealed a brand-new Lion King attraction that takes visitors “through the African savanna” on a log flume.

The entertainment giant confirmed that iconic characters from Mufasa and Simba to Timon and Pumbaa will feature in the new attraction.

Disney fans at the D23 convention had a mock-up experience which saw a log flume plummet down Pride Rock as Rafiki the monkey looked on.

The attraction aims to bring the set to life as guests dive into the adventure-filled water attraction.

Visitors will be immersed in the world of The Lion King through character interactions and themed dining, creating an unforgettable experience for all ages.

Disneyland Paris is facing an overhaul of investment after bosses confirmed a brand new name for its second park – as well as a new ride and immersive world.

The new additions are part of the £1.7billion investment at the theme park.

Walt Disney Studio Park is also being renamed Disney Adventure World as part of the huge overhaul.

Part of the rebranding is a transformed new entrance area, with an “open-air movie studio” where guests will be taken to “a glamorous film premiere in the heart of Hollywood on a starry night”.

The new entrance, named World Premier, will open spring 2025 and will let guests enter the World Premiere Plaza,

Also new will be Adventure Way, a garden-inspired promenade with The Regal View Restaurant and Lounge.

This is also where the brand new Tangled theme ride, Raiponce Tangled Spin will be found.

The family ride will let guests “spin” through the famous lantern scene.”

Other new additions to the park is the Disney musical Alice & the Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland launching this spring.

The Marvel Avengers Campus will also have a new night time attraction at the end of 2024.

The Disney Davy Crockett Ranch bungalows are being upgraded too, following the reopening of the new Disneyland Hotel earlier this year.

Présidente of Disneyland Paris, Natacha Rafalski, said: “Embracing a transformation that involves the overhaul of more than 90 per cent of Walt Disney Studios Park since its debut in 2002, we’re unveiling a fresh creative vision that has completely redefined our second gate.

“Guests will embark on a journey that blends the magic and emotion of our beloved franchises with explorations into faithfully recreated new worlds.

“This significant evolution inspired us to rename the Park, heralding a vibrant new chapter for Disneyland Paris.”
