Animal Related: Jan. 10: Law enforcement responded to a car vs. deer collision;

Jan. 13: A U.S. Hwy. 71 caller reported a deer in the roadway, needing to be dispatched;
Jan. 14: A Farden Twp. caller reported a stray dog with porcupine quills in its back paw.
Assaults/Harassment: Jan. 10: The Sebeka Police Chief wanted to speak to a deputy about a violation of an order for protection that continues to occur;
Jan. 13: A County 9 caller wanted a female to move out of their residence, saying they asked her to leave and she refused;
Jan. 14: A Farden Twp. caller reported her brother was being extremely aggressive and punched a hole in the door next to her; A Laporte caller reported she was assaulted.
Burglaries/Theft: Jan. 8: A hallway motion alarm was activated in Lake Emma Twp. and no keyholders could be reached; A living room door alarm was tripped on County 6;
Jan. 9: A U.S. Hwy. 71 caller reported possible phone scam requesting a $150 payment for Dish Network;
Jan. 10: A Nevis Twp. caller reported a possible scam involving suspicious letters; A Lakeport Twp. caller suspected his phone and computers had been hacked;
Jan. 11: A residential burglar alarm on 269th Ave. was tripped by a basement motion detector;
Jan. 12: A commercial burglar alarm was activated in Nevis; A residential burglar alarm in Lake Emma Twp. was activated by a front door sensor;
Jan. 13: An open window or door alarm was activated on 190th St. and caller wanted it checked; A basement motion alarm was activated on County 109;
Jan. 14: A commercial burglar alarm was activated in Akeley; A Crow Wing Lake Twp. caller reported a fish house went missing from Palmer Lake overnight; Farden Twp. callers reported a neighbor’s mobile home alarm was going off.
Fires: Jan. 8: A caller reported a large column of thick black smoke;
Jan. 10: A residential fire alarm was activated in Mantrap Twp.;
Jan. 12: A Clover Twp. caller reported a possible propane leak; Personnel responded to a semi giving off a large amount of smoke; A residential fire alarm in Hart Lake Twp. was tripped by a den smoke alarm.
Medical: Jan. 8: An lift assist alarm was activated in Henrietta Twp.; A medical alarm was activated in Helga Twp. for a male having abdominal pain and high blood pressure; An ambulance was requested in Lakeport Twp. for a male having trouble breathing and retaining fluid;
Jan. 9: An ambulance was requested in Lake Alice Twp. for a male who fell an unknown amount of time ago and was confused and unable to walk;
Jan. 10: An ambulance was requested in Park Rapids for an inmate with possible heart issues; An ambulance was requested in Clay Twp. for a female who fell and was on the ground with leg pain;
Jan. 11: An ambulance was requested in Nevis Twp. for a male who was breathing but not responding; An ambulance was requested in Akeley Twp. for a female having trouble breathing; An ambulance was requested in Lake Emma Twp. for a female having back and knee pain, unable to walk;
