AN INKED-UP influencer underwent an “excruciating” and expensive limb-lengthening operation to become just two inches bigger.
Yeferson Cossio wanted to become the epitome of tall, dark and handsome after finding out about the height-altering surgery.

The 29-year-old, from Colombia, explained he had first heard about the gruesome procedure when suffering from problems with his legs.
He said his undisclosed health issues, which he doesn’t discuss as they are “very personal”, first cropped up around two years ago.
Yeferson began to research limb-lengthening surgery and the idea of hitting new heights soon became stuck in his head.
The social media star, who boasts 11 million Instagram followers, admitted he was motivated by purely cosmetic reasons.
He explained: “Two years ago, I had an issue with my legs that I don’t really want to talk about because it’s very personal.
“There was a lot of speculation and conspiracy-type theories, which I didn’t really care for.
“But one of the things that had the most impact on me was to do with leg stretching.
“I looked into it, met with some people, and found that, yes, it exists. I got it into my head that I wanted to do it.”
The model, who has posed for Calvin Klein, was unhappy with his height of 5ft 8ins and wanted to become just a little taller.
The painful procedure at a clinic in Colombia reportedly cost Yeferson £35,000 for each inch.
He explained that although the surgery can allow people to become up to 10cm bigger, he was happy to grow by just half of that.
The influencer said: “Just as it’s the most painful operation, it is also one of the most expensive.
“I’m 1.77m (5ft 8ins). Reaching 1.87m (6ft 1ins) seemed too much to me, but I’m going to stay around 1.83m (6ft).”
The YouTuber shared a clip detailing his growing experience and was even filmed inside the operating room as he lay unconscious.
His surgeon pointed out that those who suffer limb malformations, such as one leg being longer than the other, usually undergo the surgery.
The medic then warned Yeferson that his recovery could take more than four months.
He was told that he would have to scrap most of his typical daily activities until he got back on his feet.
The shockingly graphic video shared on Instagram quickly went viral as social media users discussed their thoughts in the comments.
Yeferson captioned the clip: “I underwent the most painful surgery in the entire world. Would you do it?”
But his bombshell announcement didn’t seem to go as well as he had hoped, as thousands of people expressed their disgust.
One commented: “Vanity at its best! All the money in the world couldn’t make this guy end up being happy.”
Another said: “They have so much money they don’t know what to spend it on… and so they do this nonsense.”
A third added: “Is it worth all this suffering? Love each other as we are. We are perfect.”
A fourth wrote: “Your arms are too short, you can see you look very disproportionate.”
Others were more supportive of Yeferson’s decision to undergo the dramatic surgery, saying it is his body and ultimately his choice.
One said: “My legs hurt just thinking about the pain. Have a good recovery, take care of yourself.”
Another chimed in: “You can do whatever you want with your body!”
A third added: “If you can afford it, great! Congratulations. I wear heels, I wish I could be taller.”
Yeferson, who featured on the 2019 series of MTV‘s Just Tattoo of Us, hit back at haters with a comedic follow-up post.
He posed in a wheelchair with bandaged legs while his influencer girlfriend Carolina Gomez donned a sexy nurse outfit.
The post was captioned: “Don’t worry about me, I’m being taken good care of – plus, it’s going to be a fun recovery.”
Yeferson bizarrely had a boob job two years ago after a ridiculous bet with another Colombian content creator over their follower counts.
He shared a clip sporting a pink bra after silicone implants were inserted inside his chest.
