Israel shares higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.78%



Investing.com – Israel equities were higher at the close on Sunday, as gains in the , and sectors propelled shares higher.

At the close in Tel Aviv, the rose 0.78%.

The biggest gainers of the session on the were Azrieli Group Ltd (TASE:), which rose 3.42% or 800.00 points to trade at 24,200.00 at the close. Amot Investments Ltd (TASE:) added 2.35% or 34.00 points to end at 1,480.00 and Shapir Engineering Industry (TASE:) was up 2.15% or 40.00 points to 1,903.00 in late trade.

Biggest losers included Camtek Ltd (TASE:), which lost 2.70% or 770.00 points to trade at 27,780.00 in late trade. Energean Oil & Gas PLC (TASE:) declined 2.47% or 108.00 points to end at 4,263.00 and Mizrahi Tefahot (TASE:) shed 1.11% or 150.00 points to 13,330.00.

Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 243 to 187 and 109 ended unchanged on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.

In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.10% or 0.07 to $70.33 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.21% or 0.16 to hit $73.69 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.24% or 32.50 to trade at $2,647.10 a troy ounce.

USD/ILS was up 0.53% to 3.78, while EUR/ILS rose 0.72% to 4.22.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 100.42.
