Ministers 'united' behind plans to cut welfare as 'too many' claim disability benefits permanently



Pat McFadden, chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, said the Government had to bring down the skyrocketing number of people off work with mental health, depression and anxiety concerns as he confirmed that reassessing people on sickness benefits would be part of the proposals.
