Navi Mutual Fund changes names of two hybrid schemes



Navi Mutual Fund has announced the change of name of two hybrid schemes: Navi Regular Savings Fund and Navi Equity Hybrid Fund.

The changes are effective from January 1. The fund house informed its investors about the change to its investors through an addendum.

According to the addendum, investors are requested to note that, pursuant to clause 2.6 of SEBI Master Circular dated May 19, 2023 on categorization of schemes, the scheme name shall be the same as the scheme category for easy identification for investors.

This notice-cum-addendum forms an integral part of the scheme information document (SID), key information memorandum (KIM) of aforementioned schemes and statement of additional information (SAI) of the fund house.

All other terms and conditions of SID and KIM of the aforementioned schemes will remain unchanged.

Navi Conservative Hybrid Fund manages assets of Rs 26.88 crore. Navi Aggressive Hybrid Fund manages assets of Rs 81.06 crore. The schemes are managed by Aditya Mulki, Surbhi Sharma, and Ashutosh Shirwaikar. Navi Conservative Hybrid Fund and Navi Aggressive Hybrid Fund have completed around 13.43 years and 5.68 years respectively in the market.
