Nike, Infinera And Other Stocks To Watch Heading Into Friday

With U.S. stock futures trading mixed this morning on Friday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:

Crown Crafts, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRWS) is scheduled to release earnings results for its fourth quarter before the opening bell. Crown Crafts shares gained 1% to $5.05 in the after-hours trading session.

Nokia Corp (NYSE:NOK) announced plans to acquire Infinera Corporation (NASDAQ:INFN) in a transaction valuing Infinera at $6.65 per share. Infinera shares jumped 18.1% to $6.21 in after-hours trading, while Nokia shares fell 0.3% to $3.72 in the after-hours trading session.

Nike Inc (NYSE:NKE) reported mixed results for its fourth quarter. The company reported fourth-quarter revenue of $12.6 billion, down 2% year-over-year. The revenue total missed a Street consensus estimate of $12.91 billion. The company reported adjusted fourth-quarter earnings per share of $1.01, which beat a Street estimate of $0.85 per share. Nike shares fell 12.4% to $82.52 in after-hours trading.

Kura Sushi USA, Inc. (NASDAQ:KRUS) issued soft guidance. Kura Sushi said it sees preliminary third-quarter total sales of $63.1 million versus estimates of $65.39 million. The company expects FY24 total sales of $235 million to $237 million versus market expectations of $245.74 million. Kura Sushi shares dipped 13.8% to $71.00 in after-hours trading.
