United Kingdom, 9 July 2026 – Revolut, the global financial technology company, has today announced the appointment of Kuba Fast as the CEO of Revolut Bank UAB, its Lithuania-based European banking entity, following the approval from the European Central Bank and the Bank of Lithuania.
Kuba Fast brings extensive digital and retail banking expertise to the role. He joins Revolut from JPMorgan Chase, where he helped to launch international consumer banking, and served as the CEO of the digital bank Chase UK. Prior to this, he held various senior leadership roles at mBank SA in Poland and served as a partner at McKinsey & Company. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
As part of his new role, Kuba will be a member of the executive team leading Revolut’s banking operations across the European Economic Area (EEA) while it transitions into a dual hub structure. Revolut will balance its established Lithuanian-licensed bank with the newly created French banking hub, led by Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier, CEO of Western Europe.
As part of this leadership transition, Joe Heneghan, who previously led the banking entity for the past 5 years, has moved into a new role as CEO of Revolut Holdings Europe UAB. In this position, Joe Heneghan will lead the holding company for Revolut’s operations within the EEA, ensuring seamless strategic and regulatory alignment across European markets.
