The biggest gainers of the session on the were Arima Communications Corp (TW:), which rose 350.24% or 7.39 points to trade at 9.50 at the close. ALi Corp (TW:) added 51.90% or 10.25 points to end at 30.00 and Chien Kuo Construction Co Ltd (TW:) was up 15.98% or 3.50 points to 25.40 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Parpro Corp (TW:), which lost 9.99% or 3.55 points to trade at 32.00 in late trade. Johnson Health Tech Co Ltd (TW:) declined 9.97% or 17.00 points to end at 153.50 and DrayTek Corp (TW:) shed 9.94% or 4.95 points to 44.85.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 0 to 0 on the Taiwan Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.34% or 0.23 to $67.81 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.29% or 0.21 to hit $71.62 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.26% or 6.90 to trade at $2,610.80 a troy ounce.
USD/TWD was up 0.10% to 32.43, while TWD/CNY unchanged 0.18% to 0.22.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.14% at 105.61.
