The Night Agent season 3 on Netflix: Is it happening?



Netflix announced about the renewal of “The Night Agent” for a third season following the success of its first season and the fans all over the world are extremely delighted, reported The Hollywood Reporter. The Night Agent is an action packed political thriller which is based on a novel penned by Matthew Quirk and was successful from the very beginning to garner a pretty strong fanbase since its debut release.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, The Night Agent reached the top of Netflix’s viewing charts within the blink of an eye, following its release. The Night Agent’s protagonist character is a FBI agent Peter Sutherland who gets stuck in a conspiracy which involves a mole in the White House while his job is to protect a key witness.

The Night Agent Season 3’s specific plot details are not yet been revealed by the show creators but reports have claimed that production of Season 3 is all set to kick start during the latter part of this year in Istanbul and will be continued in New York following the New Year.

Season 1 of The Night Agent portrays FBI agent Peter Sutherland, which is being played by Gabriel Basso, working in the White House basement and guarding a telephone which never rings. But, the plot twist happens during one fine night when the telephone does ring and that brings him into a vast conspiracy while he has to protect a significant tech CEO, Rose Larkin which is being played by Luciane Buchanan, noted The Hollywood Reporter.
