In what would undoubtedly be a shock swoop, United are reportedly weighing up a move for Manchester City‘s Kalvin Phillips. The Manchester rivals rarely do business with each other so to strike a deal now would come as a surprise although the Sky Blues are understood to be desperate to get rid of the Englishman, who has made just 16 Premier League appearances across one and a half seasons at the Etihad.
