The work to be performed provides for, but is not limited to labor, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform new construction, repair, alteration and related demolition of existing infrastructure based on DB or DBB for infrastructure. Each awardee will be awarded $5,000 (minimum contract guarantee per awardee) at contract award. The maximum combined dollar value, including the base period and four option years, for all nine contracts is $248,000,000. Work will be performed primarily within the NAVFAC Hawaii AO, and is expected to be completed by October 2028. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance, Navy funding in the amount of $45,000 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Future task orders will be primarily funded by operations and maintenance, Navy; and Navy working capital funds. This contract was competitively procured via SAM.gov website with 15 offers received. NAVFAC Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity.

ARMY

U.S. Ordnance, McCarran, Nevada, was awarded a $16,364,451 firm-fixed-price contract for M2A2 .50 caliber machine guns. Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed in McCarran, Nevada, with an estimated completion date of May 1, 2024. Fiscal 2023 Foreign Military Sales (Jordan) funds in the amount of $16,364,451 were obligated at the time of the award. Army Contracting Command, Newark, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (W15QKN-24-C-0001). 

HME Construction,* Vancouver, Washington, was awarded a $10,887,500 firm-fixed-price contract for maintenance dredging and material transportation services. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received. Work will be performed in Redwood City, California, with an estimated completion date of May 17, 2024. Fiscal 2023 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $10,887,500 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco, California, is the contracting activity (W912P7-24-C-0002). 

Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife, Salem, Oregon, was awarded a $9,623,239 modification (P00005) to contract W9127N-21-C-0003 to raise and rear Chinook Salmon. Work will be performed in Cascade Locks, Oregon, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2024. Fiscal 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 civil operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $9,623,239 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland, Oregon, is the contracting activity. 

CORRECTION: The announcement of a multiple award task order contract from Sept. 29, 2023, for roof replacement and repair contained an incorrect contract number for Robert Trumble Inc.,* Texarkana, Texas. The correct contract number is W912BV-24-D-0001. 

AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $10,247,093 modification (P00022) to previously awarded contract FA8823-20-C-0001 to exercise an option for the Wideband Global SATCOM constellation. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $45,811,562. Work will be performed at Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 31, 2024. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $2,390,988 are being obligated at time of award. Space Systems Command, Peterson Space Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity.

Kratos Technology & Training Solutions Inc., San Diego, California, has been awarded a $5,307,581 modification (P00179) to previously awarded contract FA8808-13-C-0002 for Control System Consolidated transition services from the Command and Control System-Consolidated Sustainment and Production Contract to follow-on contract. Work will be performed at Colorado Springs, Colorado, and is expected to be completed by March 30, 2024. Fiscal 2024 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $5,307,581 are being obligated at time of award.
