Which hybrid mutual fund categories received inflows in April? Take a look

The net inflows in hybrid mutual funds surged by 256% on a monthly basis and stood at Rs 19,862.94 crore in April from Rs 5,583.62 crore in March, according to the monthly data released by AMFI. Out of 6 hybrid MF categories, five categories received inflows whereas one saw outflows. Here is the break-up.

The category received the highest inflows in April of Rs 13,901.25 crore against outflows of Rs 297.68 crore in March and contributed 70% to the total inflows in the hybrid category.

Multi-Asset Allocation Funds

These funds received total inflows of Rs 3,312.56 crore in April against inflows of Rs 2,681.46 crore in March. The category contributed 17% to the total inflows in the hybrid category.

Dynamic Asset Allocation/Balanced Advantage Funds

The category received total inflows of Rs 1,344.57 crore in April against inflows of Rs 1,732.59 crore in March. The category contributed 7% to the total inflows received in hybrid mutual funds.

The hybrid category received total inflows of Rs 1,295.43 crore in April against Rs 927.54 crore in March. The category also contributed 7% to the total inflows in the hybrid mutual fund category.

Balanced Hybrid Fund/Aggressive Hybrid Funds

The category received the lowest inflows of Rs 17.09 crore in April against Rs 535.97 in March. The category contributed 0.9% to the total inflow received in the hybrid category.
