Southwest Healthcare, which includes Temecula Valley Hospital, Rancho Springs Hospital and Inland Valley Hospital, will host a Women’s Health Expo 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. March 9 in the Summit Ballroom at Pechanga Resort and Casino in Temecula.
The event will feature information about the heart, stroke, nutrition and gynecological health.

There will be screenings available plus booths providing information on nutrition, exercise, smoking cessation, stroke, heart disease and stress management, according to a news release.
There will also be opportunity drawings and a grand prize drawing that includes a spa experience at the Pechanga Resort.
A panel of physicians will discuss risk factors, lifestyle changes and health-care issues related to women of all ages. The panel will conclude with an audience question-and-answer session.
